Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition, with no visible damage. You have 20 days from the date you received your purchase to initiate a return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of its status. If approved, we will initiate a refund. Credit times may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.

The Other Place reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above return policy requirements.

We currently only ship within the state of Texas.
Shipping Rates (based on order total):

$50 – $69.99 → $9.99

$70 and up → $15.99
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.
In-Store Pickup
Choose “Pay at store” at checkout to reserve your items online and pick them up in person.

You must collect your order within 5 business days.

If the order is not picked up within this time, your hold will expire, and items will return to inventory.
